Educational Requirements:
∎ MSS from any reputed university with all 2nd class.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare plan and design for implementing awareness activities under this project at central level and field level as well
∎ Supervise all planned activities of 5 Reintegration Service Centers and provide guidance to project staffs for ensuring quality programme implementation / field operations
∎ Conduct field visit in regular basis for effective field operation and update the progress/ significant changes if any to the management
∎ Develop IEC/BCC materials such as brochure, booklet, flipchart ,leaflet, poster for distributing among participants involved in awareness
∎ Maintain liaison with relevant stakeholders i.e. Ministries, BMET, DEMO, Probashi Kollyan Bank, network and like Minded organizations and assist team to arrange issue based event at national level and field level
∎ Advise on 'best practice' approach to all aspects of programme and project management which is practical and result focused
∎ Reporting and documenting accordingly
∎ Collaborate with other managers to execute programme
∎ Work closely with team members to provide training on strategic initiatives, project operation, problem solving, prioritization of work and improving quality thereby
∎ Troubleshoot project problems, launch initiatives to reduce operational costs and defects, identify and implement creative solutions
∎ support to the migration staff and partners in order to build their skills and capabilities to do local level advocacy and actions on migration to ascertain the migrants rights and protection
∎ Networking with local, national and regional alliance on migration
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 2 years' experience in in the development field, especially on awareness campaign and advocacy
∎ Have knowledge on networking, stakeholders liaison and develop relationship, partner organisation and donors
∎ Have competencies on project planning and development
∎ Have knowledge on budget planning and cost control and information technology
∎ Have skills on cross-cultural communications
∎ Have skills on IEC/BCC materials preparation
∎ Have competencies on best practice identification and innovation
∎ Have knowledge on periodical report writing/ MIS, case story and documentation
