∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Tour Operator
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible to provide best in class service to valued customers with warm assistance efficiently, courteously and professionally.
∎ Tickets: Understand fare rules, Re-validations, Re-issue and/or Refunds etc
∎ Coordination with Embassies, Airlines, Hotels & Other Service Providers.
∎ Well conversant on clients requirements and thorough knowledge on worldwide destinations, tours, accommodation and flights
∎ Preparing customized itineraries to suit the clients' preferences and budget.
∎ Should know up to date travel regulations
∎ Ensuring all bookings & reservations issue, reissue and refund e-tickets (if any).
∎ Maintaining statistical and financial records.
∎ Liaise with travel partners, including airlines and hotels, to manage bookings and schedules to assist other customer needs.
∎ Able to generate new opportunities in travel and tourism industry.
∎ Any other job assigned by top management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Must have knowledge about WORLD MAP, Be well informed and updated on Global Holiday seasons and dates, Strong leadership skills, Should work proactively with ownership, Proficient in Reading, writing, and speaking in the English language, Can work under pressure with zero error, Must have mental resilience, Should be able to meet deadline without fail, and should have computer literacy on MS Word, MS Excel & MS Power Point.
