  • Good understanding of leather processing and experience in leather & Job works.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Understanding tannery machinery functions, specifically possessing a technical understanding of leather processing.
  • Capable of interacting with all managerial levels in tanneries.
  • Able to adapt tough situations and challenges easily, delivering solution.
  • Possess good program management and organizational skills.
  • Be a good communicator.
  • Ensure that the production is cost effective.
  • Decide what resources are required; Assist to ensure the production is completed as per schedule.
  • Minimize production waste and frequently develop new ways of production to optimize resources.
  • Estimate costs and set the quality standards; Monitor the production processes and adjust schedules as needed.
  • Monitor product standards and implement quality-control programmers.
  • Liaise among different departments, e.g. suppliers, managers.
  • Work with management to implement the company's policies and goals.
  • Ensure that health and safety guidelines are followed;
  •   Supervise and motivate a team of workers.
  • Review worker performance and prepare performance standards.
  • Identify training needs of the work force and suggest to implement.
  • Adequate knowledge about- Cost Management, Footwear Components, Production Management, Store and Inventory Management.
  • Job location: Hemayetpur BSCIC Industrial Area.
