∎ Strong oral and written communication skills both in Bengali and English.
∎ Self - motivated, confident & proactive.
∎ Having sound knowledge of International and Local laws regarding Import and Export.
∎ Having sound knowledge in Computer
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Partner with suppliers and ensure accurate movement of all international goods and ensure arrival or departure of goods within required time frame and obtain best freight rates at all times.
∎ Execute all regulatory formalities (Bank/ Insurance/ Customs) relating to Import / Export.
∎ Coordinate with C&F, Shipping & other related offices.
∎ To Ensure NOC, BL, Insurance papers are forwarded to C&F agent on due time to release the goods
∎ To prepare L/C opening application and submit it to the bank for opening L/C
∎ To check & ensure all relevant documents / papers are required for opening the L/C
∎ To coordinate with the bank if any amendment in L/C is required to release the goods
∎ Ensure proper compliance of Customs Bonded Warehouse agreement.
∎ Execute All domestic or foreign export functions in a smooth manner.
∎ Communicate with Shipping Line/ Air Line Forwarders & Clearing agents.
∎ Smooth execution of all commercial documentation in a timely manner.
∎ Handling any other commercial related work assigned by Top Management.
∎ Generating Export status-Bank & Buyer wise
∎ To update Bank wise Lien Contract status with ABP, EDF, PC status.
∎ Contract/Master LC closing report.
∎ EDF/Acceptance/BTB overdue statement along with advance notification
∎ Negotiation with Bank after physical delivery of goods within the earliest time.
∎ To arrange and update all export/ import related documents and related works
∎ To ensure a strong follow-up about shipment status
∎ Any other assignment as given by management from time to time
