∎ B. Sc. Ag (Hons)/M. Sc/Equivalent degree.
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Seeds Production Marketing
∎ Skills Required: Project Management

Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Production, Sales & Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To monitor the Seed's production & processing.
∎ To monitor of the Farms.
∎ To monitor of the fellow colleagues.
∎ To monitor of Marketing people.
∎ To ensure the sales of seed's in the season basis.
∎ Have to communicate with the Senior Management.
∎ Have to do the plan for Farm development & diversification.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Have to be experience minimum 8-10 Years in this sector.
∎ Have to be capable to monitor of Dealers/Distributor/Traders in this related field.
