Job Context:
∎ A Foreign Construction and Engineering Company looking for a "Manager/ Asst. Manager-Business Development" for their Organization.
∎ Manager/ Asst. Manager of Business Development is responsible for driving business growth by identifying and pursuing new opportunities, fostering relationships with clients and partners, and contributing to the company`s strategic objectives.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Working experiences for MRT (Mass Rapid Transit) projects and communicating with DMTCL (Dhaka Mass Transit Company Limited)
∎ Experiences on preparation of the PQ and proposal of the tender.
∎ Review of the contract document for Prequalification, Tendering and Project Proposal Preparation for Mega Projects (MRT-Mass Rapid Transit, BRT-Bus Rapid Transit, Road, Bridge, Airport, Seaport, LPG, LNG terminal) must require.
∎ Sound knowledge about construction and energy business, large infra projects is preferable.
∎ Market analysis/intelligence/strategy and business plan/strategy making.
∎ Specialized in writing letters, Comprehensive reports, Presentations.
∎ EOI, NDA and MOU preparation and submission experiences.
∎ Networking & good relationship with Clients, Consultants, Contractors specially with Government/autonomous authorities such as DMTCL-Dhaka Mass Transit Company Limited, BBA-Bangladesh Bridge Authority, BR-Bangladesh Railway, RHD-Roads and Highways Department, etc.
∎ Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, market gaps, and potential opportunities for business growth.
∎ Contribute to the creation of long-term business plans.
∎ Identify and engage with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders to generate leads.
∎ Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and identify potential business opportunities.
∎ Analyze data to measure the effectiveness of strategies and make necessary adjustments.

∎ Strong understanding of industry dynamics, market trends, and competition.
