Job Responsibilities:
∎ To form a very effective sales team under the guidance of the higher management of the company
∎ To set the business target for a specific period and prepare short term and long term goals and objectives of the company on the basis of changing market opportunities and you have to prepare a yearly profit plan for the individual member of your team as per guideline of the management of the company.
∎ To develop training curriculum both for employees and customers for better understanding of their responsibilities toward achieving the goals.
∎ To prepare a complete motivational program and career progression or succession plan for the employees of the company so-that they can extend highest efforts to the company with full motivation and job satisfaction.
∎ To plan and implement reporting system in the company to control the activities of all concern toward achieving the goals in the most efficient and effective manner.
∎ To measure the total market demand of individual product in the industry and estimate area wise individual demand for each product of the company in order to add a substantial profit growth of the company.
∎ To identify market segmentation, targeting, positioning and pricing of the products for taking competitive advantages. Analyzing individual competitor's products to prepare competitive strategies.
