∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Represent ourselves as an ambassador of company in retails market
∎ Developing in depth product knowledge.
∎ To look after retailers' quarries & counseling.
∎ Establish demonstration to present our product with retailers, customers, consumers, advocacy and reference groups.
∎ Prepare market visit plan through route chart & get Approval route chart from line authority.
∎ Ensure order and sales collection from retails
∎ Establish continuous product and market analysis & Daily, Monthly reporting on prescribed format.
∎ Sales data collection from the market with all product and their alternatives.
∎ Attain monthly target and collection as assigned.
∎ Maintain accurate records & Share timely for taking necessary Steps.
∎ Negotiate and close deals; handle complaints or objections.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Proven experience as a sales executive or relevant role.
∎ Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
∎ Excellent interpersonal skills.
∎ Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in English and Bengali;
∎ Ability to travel.
