∎ 5 to 6 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Setup monthly target properly (SR wise, Route wise & SKU wise).
∎ Must have the ability to work & Monitor SR through Database Management System.
∎ Ensure & Monitor delivery process to the retail market.
∎ Ensure proper delivery frequency.
∎ Recover the outstanding amount from the retail market.
∎ Analysis day wise SR visit capacity, Execution & No execution analysis & take Feedback from SR.
∎ Random Market Visit & work with SR, get information about market, competitor & analysis company position.
∎ Find out Gap & Handle Problems with immediate action.
∎ Capacity to train the sales team.
∎ Ensure Trade Marketing Visibility in retail end.
∎ Ensure daily basis sales report & collection report.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Proven experience in relevant field.
∎ Understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
∎ Excellent interpersonal skills.
∎ Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in English and Bengali;
∎ Ability to travel.
