Job Context:
∎ Working as Head of the Payment Control Unit of the Group Finance Division to ensure that all payments-related compliance is being followed by the Payment Unit.
∎ Designation: JAVP/FAVP

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To monitor and ensure compliance of all payment related controls and the standard operating procedure of Payment process.
∎ To ensure that any deviations from approved process are appropriately escalated and monitored to eliminate risk.
∎ To review operational procedures and methods to recommend modifications for improvement through process automation and reducing slack time.
∎ To implement and monitor a process that safeguards the compliance with all applicable laws & regulations and internal policy of the Bank.
∎ To conduct performance audit based on the requirements.
∎ Communicate with all applicable stakeholders, both internally and externally.
∎ Any other assignments on assessment of controls and compliance as per requirement of Group Finance Division

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 18 years
∎ Minimum 8 years work experience (including CA Training Period of 3 years) in Accounts Payable management under Finance Division of a Bank.
∎ Adequate knowledge on Tax laws as well as Internal Control System including payment process, financial management of a Bank is must.
