Educational Requirements:
∎ M.Sc / MBA From any reputed university
∎ Acquiring certain knowledge of woven fabrics/ knit fabric knowing how to analyze the fabric.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To acquire new clients in the specified region/market.
∎ Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
∎ To create/maintain excellent relationships with clients.
∎ Interact regularly with the clients to ensure a committed partnership based relationship
∎ Comply with sales process and mechanism of the company to ensure business professionalism & integrity.
∎ Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
∎ Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
∎ Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
∎ Negotiate contracts , quote prices and arrange deliveries.
∎ Other tasks as assigned by the superior.
∎ Establish a good relationship with new and existing buyers/business and enhancing the buyer matrix based on the interest of the organization.
∎ Candidates must have the positive attitude to cope with any hard situation.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years

∎ Candidates should be willing to work and travel anywhere in Bangladesh.
∎ Excellent selling , communication and negotiation skills
