Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead a diverse service environment and maintain operations for service excellence.
∎ Proven track record of sales negotiation & sales generation.
∎ Achieve personal sales targets.
∎ Generating own inquiries and close deals independently
∎ Attend leads in person and by the team.
∎ Follow up on the leads regularly.
∎ Follow up on customer queries and take necessary action.
∎ Maintaining good relations with the client.
∎ Coordinate with cross-functional teams on execution of brand and marketing activities.
∎ Execute activities driven by data analytics.
∎ Identify and maintain strategic business partnerships.
∎ Identify and implement new business collaboration initiatives.
∎ Implementation of preventive and corrective measures of disaster recovery plan.
∎ Monitor fulfilment of customers' orders.
∎ Lead & monitor sales, promotions, marketing and social media programs and activities over digital platforms.
∎ Prepare insights report on data mining outcome.
∎ Track and report business outcome of data-driven insights.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Having Shopping Mall Marketing experience will be given preference
∎ Understanding of Digital Marketing platforms.
∎ Having professional certification on Digital Marketing will be added advantage.
