Responsibilities & Context:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Manager/Assistant Manager - Payroll to manage and ensure accurate payroll processing, compliance with labor laws, and seamless coordination with HR and Finance teams. This role requires strong analytical skills and experience with payroll systems to support our growing organization.

Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage end-to-end payroll processing for all employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and local regulations.

  • Maintain payroll records, including salary adjustments, bonuses, and taxes.

  • Coordinate with HR and Finance teams to ensure timely and error-free salary disbursement.

  • Handle payroll-related queries from employees and resolve discrepancies efficiently.

  • Ensure compliance with Labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.

  • Prepare payroll reports, KPI Data analysis, and metrics for management review.

  • Assist in the implementation and enhancement of payroll systems and processes.

  • Manage employee benefits programs and maintain accurate records of leave, attendance, and other related data.

  • Support internal and external audits by providing necessary payroll information and documentation.
