We are looking for a highly driven and strategic professional to join our leadership team as Assistant Manager/Manager – Business Development. The incumbent will be responsible for developing and expanding the organization’s business process outsourcing portfolio through strategic partnerships, client acquisition, and market expansion initiatives. The role requires a deep understanding of the BPO industry, strong client relationship management, and the ability to lead business growth initiatives in alignment with the company’s strategic goals.
Job Details
Develop and implement business development strategies to expand the company’s BPO operations both domestically and internationally.
Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities, clients, and partnerships.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, industry partners, and stakeholders.
Lead client presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations to secure new business deals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless solution delivery and client satisfaction.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to refine business strategies.
Prepare business forecasts, revenue projections, and performance reports for senior management.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the business development team to achieve organizational targets.
Represent the company at industry events, networking opportunities, and conferences to enhance market visibility.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field.
Experienced in business development, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within the BPO or IT-enabled services industry.
Proven track record of driving revenue growth and client acquisition in a competitive market.
Strong understanding of BPO operations, outsourcing models, and global delivery frameworks.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strategic mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Demonstrated leadership in managing high-performing business development teams.
Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office Suite, and data-driven business development approaches.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
