• Proven experience in Marketing of Fabric Dyeing.

• Communication skills in both English and Bengali in verbal and written.

• Well conversant with IT equipment.

We are a Knit Composite Textile Factory seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager / Assistant Manager - Marketing (Commission Dyeing Fabrics) for the Marketing of Commission Dyeing of Fabric Sales.

Job location will be Zamgora, Ashulia, Savar.

• Sales & Order Acquisition: Developing and executing marketing strategies to generate sales leads, secure orders for dyed fabrics (knitted or woven), and ensure efficient order processing.

• Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with buyers, understanding their needs, and providing excellent customer service.

• Marketing Strategy & Planning: Overseeing the planning, execution, and evaluation of all marketing activities, including online and offline channels.

• Market Analysis: Analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to identify opportunities and challenges.

• Production Coordination: Collaborating with the production team to ensure timely and efficient execution of orders, meeting quality standards, and managing production capacity.

• Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Tracking sales performance, preparing reports, and analyzing data to identify areas for improvement.

• Team Management: In some cases, managing a team of sales and marketing professionals.

• Any other assignment as assigned by management.
