Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's degree in Marketing,.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve assigned sales target by maximizing sales activity.
∎ Manage and supervise production team to ensure they are on track in achieving sales goals.
∎ Establish clear sales objectives for the week, month, year etc.
∎ Continuously searching new buyers, ability to select buyer by analyzing cost benefit analysis and ability to play within the limitations, set by the company.
∎ You will have to give 100% confirmation for collection of money from the company where you will sell the products.
∎ Maintaining and increasing sales volume of company's different brand products.
∎ Provides target VS sales results by preparing and forwarding sales tracking reports.
∎ Analyze and report on monthly sales outcomes.
∎ Provide timely the activities of market conditions, customers & competitors and offer corrective measures to the management.
∎ Will require frequently travel in different industry for new order collection.
∎ An ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
∎ An ability to work independently and as a team.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 38 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Skills Required: Marketing
∎ The candidate who have excellent practical knowledge based track record can be relaxed from his academic qualifications.
∎ At lease 5 years(s) for Manager and 3.5 Years for Assist. Manager but at least 2.5 years in the position where the Candidate will apply for.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Poly and Carton marketing.
∎ Computer literacy is Mandatory
∎ Good communication skills both in English and Bangla
∎ Willing to travel extensively
