Educational Requirements:

∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for managing all aspects of the Customs Brokerage Department of Chattogram office.
∎ Should have Excellent knowledge and expertise in Customs Clearing & Forwarding, Port Clearance, export and import clearance procedure at Chittagong port and custom, Dhaka airport & Beanpole port, especially for garments & commercial items.
∎ Maintenance of customs clearance process in time to achieve the growth of the company.
∎ Must have knowledge about the rules & regulations of Chattogram port and Bangladesh Customs.
∎ Supervise, Monitor & follow up all official activities of Custom Sarker, Jetty Sarker.
∎ Good Knowledge about C&F Agent license Rules & Regulation, CTG Sea Port, Customs, Shipping, Customs
∎ Duty Assessment, Bill of Entry, SRO, HS Code, Customs act, Import/Export Policy, Export/Import Documentation, Duty Bond, Risk Bond, In-bond and Ex-bond.
∎ Maintaining proper communication between importer/exporter & operation department.
∎ Daily follow up by mobile, e-mail and frequent reporting to Management.
∎ Arrange weekly & monthly meetings with departmental staffs and attend monthly meetings with Sr. Level Management when required.
∎ Provide required daily, monthly, quarterly & yearly reporting to company Management.
∎ Correspondence with S/Line/ Carrier, Forwarder/ Co-loader, Customs high officials.
∎ Continue correspondence with Head & other Offices through phone, mobile and E-mail communication.
∎ Honesty and sincerity are an essential requirement.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 37 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 10 Years practical experience in Supply Chain Management, Industries, Trading Companies,Firm , Garments commercial and import - export related company.
∎ Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects.
∎ Excellent customer management skills
∎ Strong English communication, Computer and interpersonal skills
∎ Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities.
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.Good leadership ability to lead & motivate the subordinates.
∎ Should have well behaved, honest and able to work timely
