∎ Sound knowledge of Computer Applications (MS Office, accounting software, SAP-ERP)
∎ Should have excellent interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills.
∎ Capable to coordinate with other departments.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and annual financial statements, which will consist of cash flow, income statement, and balance sheet.
∎ Prepare and present sales, collection, and outstanding reports in the fortnightly meeting.
∎ Reconciliation of customers and banks.
∎ Work on SAP Software to update bank transactions, AIT/ VAT, Customer invoices, due aging, reconciliation, etc.
∎ Prepare a monthly budget for operation and monitor & control the cost in accordance with budget.
∎ Manage the prompt and accurate data entry of pricing, promotions, costing, and depletion information.
∎ Communicate with Sales Management to understand and execute the company's strategies.
∎ Developing cost standards for materials and labor.
∎ Designing and implementing cost accounting systems.
∎ Maintain and prepare all kinds of Vouchers, Cash books, Cheque Registers, Bill Register, etc.
∎ This is a full-time on-site role located in Dhaka, Bangladesh, for a Sr. Account Executive. The primary responsibilities of the Sr. Account Executive will be to record customer accounts cost sheet, and, resolve issues and provide efficient and effective customer service. They will also be responsible for maintaining customer records and ensuring the accuracy of customer-based records.
