∎ Excellent interpersonal communication and customer service skills will get priority.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible for Front Desk activities.
∎ Operate PABX effectively
∎ Welcoming visitors with pleasant manner
∎ Attend incoming and outgoing Calls.
∎ Keep an inventory record of office stationeries and ensure updated regularly.
∎ Maintain incoming and outgoing documents register.
∎ Maintain Visitors register.
∎ Perform any other assignment given by Management time to time.
