Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 8 years of experience in the field of Humanitarian, Anticipatory Action, DRR/CCA project activities.
∎ Knowledge of industry 'best practices' in emergency response, disaster risk reduction and resilience projects.
∎ Knowledge on CHS, Humanitarian Code of Conduct, Cash and Voucher Assistance programming.
∎ Master's degree, preferably in Disaster/Crisis Management, Development Studies, International Relations, Social Science, Economics or relevant discipline.
∎ Ability to work in high stress situations such as emergency response.
∎ Strategic Sourcing Strategy.
∎ Excellent skills on process facilitation and coordination with high standard.
∎ DESIRABLE:
∎ 5 years of experience in handling project management or equivalent to a mid-level position in INGOs or UN agencies.
∎ Professional certification in Humanitarian, Anticipatory, DRR activities.
