Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure high standards and protocols of Amex Lounge through monitoring team members and thus creating unified and cohesive customer service
∎ Handle Premium and other VIP customers directly at lounge
∎ Prepare and maintain overall shift, maintain roster and MIS
∎ Co-ordinate & follow up between all the internal departments of cards and external authorities to provide highest standard of customer services
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 6 years of experience in a bank / financial institution preferably in Customer Service
∎ Ability to handle stressful situations
∎ Having strong decision-making and problem solving capability
