Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Agriculture Project, Dairy Farm, Farm Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide technical support and oversee the routine care and management of the farm.
∎ Develop and implement grazing plans to optimize forage utilization and animal health.
∎ Monitor milk quality and work with the Quality Assurance team to ensure compliance with industry standards.
∎ Monitoring workmen and supervisors of the farm.
∎ Supervise farm staff and provide training as needed
∎ Plan, monitor, and assess manpower requirements.
∎ Ensure milk production and bull development are optimized while maintaining strict hygiene standards.
∎ Ensure the overall health and well-being of the livestock.
∎ Prepare production and administrative reports.
∎ Take care of livestock feeding, treatment, and general well-being.
∎ Establish and monitor a disinfecting schedule to maintain proper hygiene and biosecurity.
∎ Report any unusual or unexpected results to the management.
∎ Handle administrative issues and maintain accurate records.
∎ Ensure compliance with government regulations related to farm activities.
∎ Oversee all aspects of Agro and dairy farm operations, including herd management, milk production, and pasture maintenance.
∎ Keep accurate records of herd health, milk production, feed usage, and other operational data
∎ Negotiate contracts with suppliers and service providers.
∎ Manage the budget and financial planning for the farm
∎ Maintain a safe and clean working environment in compliance with all regulatory requirements.
∎ Perform regular maintenance on farm equipment and machinery.
∎ Plan and coordinate breeding programs to improve the genetic traits of the herd.
∎ Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
Salary: Tk. 30000 - 40000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Candidates must have experience in Agra Farm business, Dairy business, and Cattle farming.
∎ Working experience in farmhouses, agriculture projects, or residence projects will add advantages.
∎ Good communication and analytical skills.
∎ Ability to handle critical situations.
∎ Team player and target driven.
