Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
agro based farm
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure overall Firms operation and find out the best ways to lead the firm to make fruitful business return.
∎ Emphasis on Fruits and flowers production and make sure the return to maintain all management requirements.
∎ Implement new policies and procedure to ensure the smooth operation by complying the existing norms.
∎ Introduce new concept or innovation plan to drive the firm in upgrading culture.
∎ Ensure the overall development of firms and give proposal to management further development.
∎ To ensure the maximum utilization of Agro worker in cost effective manner.
∎ Prepare the product inventory, Disposal and allocation plan to reduce the idle cost of product.
∎ Train up the Agro team for overall operation and prepare a succession plan for future development plan.
∎ Other task assign by Management.
