Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc)
∎ Agriculture, Fisheries or Livestock.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sound Knowledge in production and distribution of crops and livestock.
∎ Independently carry out activities of crops and vegetable cultivation for a large field.
∎ In depth knowledge on seeds selection.
∎ Practical knowledge on proper method of cultivation of various crops and vegetables.
∎ Follow scientific method of organic cultivation process to ensure highest yield production.
∎ Select proper machinerie's and tools for large scale agriculture field.
∎ Establish strong supply chain to sell crops and vegetable in local and global market.
∎ Assist in the coordination of agricultural needs and activities such as procedural changes, storage, grading, and logistical processes.
∎ Gather data to generate analytical report in various fields of cultivation as well as stock & inventory reports.
∎ Prepare financial and operational documents and analyze market conditions
∎ Maintain liaison and build a network with line Dept., local Govt. and administration.
∎ Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual progress report.

∎ Have excellent writing, reporting, and analytical skills
