Job Responsibilities:
∎ Setup guideline for sales team to develop effective sales strategy to achieve team sales target as per Annual Business Plan (ABP) under any situation.
∎ Able to initiate action plan to identify potential market along with new sales opportunities.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Strong interpersonal and communication skills to deal with clients and management.
∎ Minimum 2 years in the similar position and at least 8 years' sales experience with reputed Real Estate companies.
∎ For the position of Manager, at least 6 year's sales experience with reputed Real Estate companies
