Responsibilities & Context:
∎ As a Manager/AGM, you're responsible for leading teams, driving performance, managing budgets, and ensuring operational efficiency;
∎ Achieve sales targets and expand market share;
∎ Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and profitability;
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in developer & corporate office;
∎ Ensure customer satisfaction through regular visits, prompt service, and resolving concerns effectively;
∎ Identify new business opportunities and onboard potential clients;
∎ Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and industry trends;
∎ Ensure timely order processing, delivery, and payment collection;
∎ Track and analyze sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends;
∎ Dealer monitoring, handling, target setting and achieving;
∎ Marketing and sales objective by planning, developing, implementing and evaluating advertising;
∎ Monitoring responsible area’s dealer and achieving sales target;
∎ Attending team meeting and sharing best practice with colleagues;
