Job Responsibilities:
∎ To meet the objectives and targets of the Marketing & Merchandising department
∎ Capable of generating and delivering of at least 3M PCS business worth over 20M US$ in Value
∎ Must have Sound understanding about Technicality of Products, Product Safety & Risk Assessment, SMV and Efficiency of Operations
∎ Ability of keep close connection with Central Marketing, Merchandising, planning, Compliance, Commercial, Finance, Logistics and Operations Dept
∎ Must be well versed about the numerous Safety Parameters (Electrical, Fire, Structural), Sustainability Requirements, Certifications and other Standards.
∎ Must have clear understanding and detailed experience of various Social, Ethical, Technical, Quality, Traceability Requirements of various Buyers and Bodies
∎ Must have sound knowledge and understanding about the various Incoterms, Payment Policies, Mechanism, On-line and Factoring Payment Protocols and Platforms.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Strong physical & mental strength to work inside and outside under pressure.
∎ Any candidate's NOT having at least 5 years of working experience as a Manager / AGM in a reputed factory is not required to apply for this position.
∎ Candidate having prior experience handling Scandinavian / US / Japanese / Australian / UK / European customers will get preference
∎ The candidate must be a graduate from a renowned private / public university. And a Post-Graduation qualification like MBA or Graduation in Textiles Engineering will get extra priority.
