∎ Strong proficiency in MS Office and excellent communication skills.
∎ Demonstrated knowledge of gender equality and gender policy mapping.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Strengthen partnerships with networks, media, policymakers, and other stakeholders to promote gender equality.
∎ Organise events to build coalitions and raise awareness for gender equality.
∎ Facilitate public efforts to challenge discriminatory policies and promote equality practices.
∎ Coordinate studies and research on gender equality advocacy with coalition members.
∎ Develop key documents such as policy briefs, communication strategies, and reports.
∎ Collaborate with journalists for gender-sensitive reporting and maintain communication with coalition members.
∎ Assist in the development of IEC/BCC gender advocacy materials for partnerships and platforms to promote gender advocacy issues at grassroots, national, and international levels.
∎ Ensure the safety of programme participants, people who come into contact with the organisation, and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment, and exploitation, including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA), to achieve the programme's goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance, and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members, and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, and encourage others to do so.
