Job Responsibilities:
∎ To coordinate buyers code of ethics in export and import department during compliance audit and third parties inspection and to supervise and share responsibilities of subordinate staffs, and responsible for maintain buyer's requirement of their goods.
∎ To make sure that all customers and suppliers are systematically informed of the problems and that the most effective solution for them are offered, and formulate various policies and procedures related to supply chain management & distribution and take action accordingly.
∎ To responsible for ensuring all data system processing, able to data manage with data analysis and reporting to the concern authorities, and to monitor and prepare delivery schedule, inventory, logistics and distribution timely as per market requirement.
∎ To responsible all safety and security and protocol related activities, like controlling pilferage and wastage of all natural company resources.
∎ Ensure all export L/C negotiation and Back to Back L/C payment suppliers on time and responsible for any amendment needed, and maintain sound liaison and public relations with all relevant authorities around the world to ensure smooth operations.
∎ To ensure appropriate recruitment action plan to support talent sourcing, and manage the recruiting process to attract and hire qualified candidates for position vacancies within the company.
∎ To ensure legal compliance of policies and procedures, termination, dismissal compensation, disciplinary action, etc, formulate employee motivation factors, counselling, grievance and labour handling, conflict management.
∎ Having good knowledge and experience of buyers code of conducts and handle social & technical Audits. Handling multiple standards Quality, Environment & Health & Safety issue.
∎ To preparing & developing the policies for staffs, communicating with audit companies, buyers and other agencies. Maintaining communication with all government/compliance related organization.
∎ To responsible for ensuring healthy workplace maintaining efficient operation of Safety, Hygiene and Environment, and for Planning, control and maintenance of office transports, office equipment, property, assets and other movable and immovable properties;
∎ Maintain sound liaison and public relations with all relevant authorities including law enforcement agencies, different government agencies and local influential community leaders to ensure smooth operation.
∎ Effectively organize and lead the administration team with responsibilities for office support, maintenance of transport, security, legal affairs, and general site/office maintenance, and able to manage Premises rent, Utility bills. (Electricity, Water, Telephone, Fuel, Toll, Kitchen Items, etc.), Security & Cleaning Services., Miscellaneous (General maintenance etc).
∎ Exposed to Access Control & Time Attendance System, Deployment of Security Guards, Fire Fighting System, Evacuation Procedure & Emergency Contact, and to maintain liaison with local govt. offices (CCI, BIDA, DC, Labour office,), and responsible for maintain/arrange official meeting as per management requirement regularly.
