Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a responsible and trustable Service Staff (Office Peon) to take care of our office facilities and carry out day to day office maintenance duties for our better client service.
∎ Please read the job requirements carefully before applying.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Serving tea, coffee, lunch, and other refreshments to guests, clients, and office executives.
∎ Conducting office cleaning and performing tasks assigned by the office administrator.
∎ Maintaining the cleanliness of washrooms and the kitchen area.
∎ Distributing leaflets to prospective clients.
∎ Keeping office tables, chairs, almirahs, windows, bookshelves, and cabins clean and organized.
∎ Conducting a final check before leaving the office, ensuring all systems, lights, fans, and cabinet doors and windows are switched off and closed.
∎ Exemplifying honesty, hard work, and politeness in all interactions.
∎ Engaging in housekeeping duties such as sweeping, mopping, and maintaining office hygiene.
∎ Managing incoming calls, delivering messages, and operating basic office equipment like fax machines, scanners, and photocopiers.
∎ Demonstrating proficiency in computer skills.
∎ Maintaining a neat, clean, and professional appearance while fostering a friendly demeanor.
∎ Upholding a reputation for reliability and trustworthiness.
∎ Completing any additional tasks as assigned by management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 26 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Office Time: 8 AM to 6 PM
∎ Probation Period: 6 Months

Salary: Tk. 13000 - 15000 (Monthly)
