Job Context

We are seeking a talented male Graphics Designer to join our team and contribute to the success of our e-commerce platform. As a Graphics Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs and graphics for various purposes, including product design, digital marketing materials, and promotional content. You will also be involved in photoshoots, video recording, and editing short videos. Additionally, you will collaborate with clients and vendors to understand their requirements and deliver creative solutions that meet their needs. The ideal candidate will be honest, hardworking, and polite, with excellent communication skills and a presentable personality. 

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

• Design graphics and layouts for our e-commerce platform, including product designs, digital marketing materials, and promotional content.

• Utilize software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro to create high-quality designs and edit photos and videos.

• Participate in photoshoots and video recording sessions, ensuring high-quality footage for use in marketing materials.

• Edit short videos for use on social media platforms such as Facebook and YouTube, incorporating graphics, effects, and sound as needed.

• Select and edit images to enhance their visual appeal and relevance to our brand.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines effectively.

• Maintain a neat, clean, and presentable appearance and uphold a friendly and polite demeanor at all times.

• Be honest, hardworking, and trustworthy in all interactions and tasks assigned by management.   

SKILL REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience as a graphics designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity.

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and other relevant design software.

• Experience with photoshoots, video recording, and short video editing.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members.

• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

• Honest, hardworking, and polite demeanor, with a neat, clean, and presentable appearance.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt.  

Educational Requirements

• BBA and MBA both with a specialization in Marketing, Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field.

• Skills Required: Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and other design software, creative design skills, photography and videography skills, project management abilities, strong communication and collaboration skills, honesty, hardworking nature, and a presentable personality.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• Age not exceeding 28 years old.

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.

• Advanced understanding of graphic design principles, project management techniques.
