Responsibilities & Context:
To ensure that safety are taken in accordance with statutory law regarding health and safety, fire safety, accidents etc. and comply the requirements accordingly;
Supervise housekeeping, pest control and overall cleanliness of office indoor & outdoors, personal hygiene of all employees, check & keep record of pest control activities regularly, periodical fumigation/fogging activities etc.;
Maintain liaison with local government offices, law & enforcement authorities, local community etc. and arrange timely renewal of licenses, certificates, permits etc. issued from concerned regulatory bodies and solve other legal issues (if any) & ensure vehicle tax token, fitness, route permit and required insurance;
Ensure canteen operation as per company norms and ensure hygiene and cleanliness of canteen;
Coordinate and supervise day-to-day operations of Admin department , respond to all emergencies promptly as & when arises, contract management with third party service providers, publish & circulate office notice, organize various official events;
Any other task assign by the management.
