The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Hospital, Clinic, Diagnostic, NGO

  • At least 3 years working experiences as Assistant Manager/Manager in relevant field will be considered for Manager, Admin post.

  • Comprehensive understanding of healthcare policy and procedures.

  • Excellent managerial and organizational skills to manage a tertiary level hospital.

  • Knowledge of labour law, medical terminology and healthcare industry.

  • Capacity to lead and manage technical as well as non-technical staff.

  • Proven expertise to deal with critical situations and problems.

  • Effective Communication and Coordination skills.

  • Strong expertise in training & development, particularly within hospital or healthcare environments.

  • Proficient in operating MS Word, MS Excel & PowerPoint.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and implement daily administrative plans, policies and works.

  • Prepare & Maintain employee attendance, duty roster/work schedules, leave record, salary sheet & other issues of HR & payroll.

  • Monitor staff`s performance & conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees.

  • Monthly training calendar & organize training Program.

  • Address quires of patients, resolve their issues & ensure smooth quality service delivery to the patients.

  • Oversee the daily Operation Schedule of the OT & ensure smooth and efficient support services.

  • Oversee the daily Chamber & reporting consultant schedule and their support services.

  • Ensure prompt supply of medical and office equipment & maintain store register.

  • Perform any other task assigned by the authority.
