Job Responsibilities:
∎ To maintain all necessary documents, licenses, files, records etc.
∎ To manage dining & Canteen properly and maintain as per BLA-2006, BLR-2015 and buyer's COC.
∎ To entertain buyers representatives, guest/visitors, employees of the company as per requirements.
∎ To maintain good housekeeping of the factory premises.
∎ To manage properly Waste Management System.
∎ To ensure cleanness of all areas of the factory premises.
∎ To monitor overall safety & Security Management System of the factory.
∎ To take disciplinary action to the employees as per BLA-2006 & BLR-2015.
∎ To handle & resolve grievances of the employees of the Factory.
∎ To maintain Transport Management System properly.
∎ To liaison with local stakeholder, Local representatives, NGOs, Federations, Police Station, Industrial Police, Fire Service, Hospital, LGED, DOE, BGMEA, DIFE, BFSCD and handle with them properly and resolve all issues related with concerns.
∎ Any other job assigned by Management.
