∎ Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
∎ Communication skills in both English and Bengali in verbal and written.

∎ Proven experience in administration and Accounts.
∎ Must be diligent and responsible.

∎ Be aware of time and commitment.
∎ The organization must be trustworthy. In good times and bad, the company has to be there.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible for all accounts, financial management & basic.
∎ Administration. You have to take the responsibility of managing the organization with a strong hand.
∎ Prepare monthly VAT and Tax payable statement and prepare online VAT & Tax challan and deposited and documented as per Government Rules.
∎ Company Credit Customer Invoicing.
∎ Company petty cash maintain & disbursement of relevant department.
∎ Conducting all banking relevant work, cash collection and deposit,
∎ Need to prepare cheque as per requirements.
∎ Assist in preparing accurate financial reports and other compliance supporting documents
∎ Assist in preparing monthly budget forecast
∎ Prepare daily receipts and payment vouchers, journal vouchers of project related expenses;
∎ Assist in preparing staff salary of assigned company and respective pay slips;
∎ Maintain Cash book, Ledger book and other required register(s).
∎ Prepare the yearly budget for the company and make any necessary revisions following senior guidance.
∎ Prepare financial reports (monthly and annually) as requirement & Responsible for monthly business performance analysis report reporting, review costing, truly expenditure done, salary sheet.
∎ Execution of company's HR plans, policies and decisions of the Management.
∎ Able to develop strategic policy & procedures in aspect of Admin & HR issues.
∎ Utilization of all human resources properly by ensuring 100% efficiency.
∎ Dealing with all Admin issues, Attendance & Leave Management, Compensation/Benefits, Performance & Career Management i.e; conduct the performance appraisal for every employee of the company.
∎ To maintain sound liaison and public relations with all relevant authorities including law enforcement agencies, different government agencies and local influential community leaders to ensure smooth operation.
∎ Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution. Vendors, suppliers should be appointed as per subject and requirement.
∎ Maintain proper housekeeping on the floor and outside of the floor.
∎ Evaluate and monitor the quality and performance of all services provided to the Client(s)
∎ Properly doing the sales given by the supervisor/higher managements
∎ Any other assignment as per the decision of Management.
∎ Marketers 360 Degrees is an advertising agency. We have two other subsidiaries namely 360 Degree Studio and 360 Degree Cinema. Only male candidates who like or love media, film, fashion, television or advertising industry and are interested in working in this sector are requested to apply.
