Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounts from a reputable public/private university .
∎ Strong knowledge of VAT & TAX regulations, manual bookkeeping, loss/profit, and balance sheet preparation.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements through manual processes.
∎ Maintain and update the asset register with a comprehensive depreciation schedule.
∎ Ensure timely submission of VAT & TAX returns and handle vendor payments with accurate VAT & TAX deductions.
∎ Oversee daily operations, meeting all deadlines and requirements effectively.
∎ Manage daily customer refunds efficiently.
∎ Responsible for manual ledger reconciliation before monthly reporting and manual calculation of monthly profit/loss.
∎ Knowledge in handling Letters of Credit (LC).
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar field.
∎ Proficiency in manual bookkeeping, MS Excel, IFRS, IAS, and Tally ERP software.
∎ Proficient in accounts payable, corporate finance, financial reporting, VAT and Tax management, and vendor payments.
∎ Age: 35 and above (Both genders are encouraged to apply).
∎ Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
∎ Positive "can-do" attitude with strong decision-making skills.
∎ Experience in audit dealings.
∎ Resident in the vicinity of Uttara.
