∎ CA/CA(CC)/CMA Partially qualified with Masters/MBA in Accounting from any public/reputed private Universities with good academic record.

∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Context:
∎ One of the prestigious export oriented factories in Bangladesh, requires High profile experienced Accounts & Financial Manager, to undertake all aspects of financial management, including accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, budget and forecasts preparation, as well as the development of internal control policies and procedures.
∎ Job Location: Register Office (Dhaka)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for the daily operations of the Accounts & Finance Department including accounts payable & receivable, cash receipts, general ledger, treasury & budgeting, cash forecast, revenue & expenditure variance analysis, financial data reconciliation & debt activity.
∎ Check Cash Book and Status of Physical Cash, all kinds of Challans, Cash Summary, and Vouchers of all Expenses.
∎ Responsible for Checking and maintaining all kinds of Vouchers (e.g. Received Vouchers, Payment Vouchers, and Purchase Vouchers), Salary and Wages Sheets, and Petty Cash Statements of Factories.
∎ Perform Monthly Bank and credit card reconciliation.
∎ Monitors invoicing, credit to customers, refunds and petty cash custodian.
∎ Monitor daily Cash & Bank transactions.
∎ Responsible for full Bookkeeping & Accounting procedures.
∎ Direct & regular communication with Customers to collect Receivables.
∎ Maintains banking relationship (Bank Facilities, Guarantees, etc.).
∎ Co-ordination with internal & external auditors, accounting consultant, Tax Consultant and making sure to achieve proper and on time reporting.
∎ Compliance with statutory requirements (e.g. Income Tax, VAT, RJC etc.).
∎ Maintains good relationship with customers, suppliers and other business partners and ensures all issues are being attended properly.
∎ Monitor airline and suppliers incentive, fixed assets, prepayments.
∎ Maintain Accounts and portfolio of Company/Owner's other investments.
∎ Lead, Motivate & provide Training for member of the accounting department.
∎ Lead the overall financial management to achieve the company's short and long-term financial goals.
∎ Coordinate and direct the budget preparation and financial forecasts and report variances.
∎ Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: CCAA.
∎ Skills Required: Leadership.
∎ Experience Requirements:
