∎ BSC in footwear/ Leather product engineering organization.
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline, Masters Degree in any discipline.
∎ Skills Required: Footwear merchandising.

∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Context:
∎ We are looking for experienced and passionate Merchandiser Asst. /Jr. Who has practical experience in Footwear merchandising. You should be an inspired self-starter and able to drive business growth through building rapport with customers and close sales.
∎ Job Location: Factory (Ashulia,Savar,Dhaka)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Independently execute any order from development to export.
∎ Effective follow-up on materials inventory, production process, quality standards & approvals.
∎ Corporate planning and implementation.
∎ Expand new market and increase the sales volume by ordering and promoting products to the customers.
∎ Collaborating with buyers, suppliers, distributors, manufacturers and stores to ensure proper execution of plans and analysts to negotiate prices, quantities and time-scales.
∎ Gathering information on Export market trends and customers reactions to products.
∎ Plan and develop merchandising strategies that balance customer's expectations and company's objectives.
∎ Forecast profits/sales and plan budgets.
∎ To Maintain all Supply Chain Management related work.
∎ Develop merchandising displays.
∎ Maintain proper communication and ensure effective follow-up with the prospects and existing clients.
∎ To review the accessories status of different level.
∎ Any other job assigned by the Management.
∎ Performing consumption, costing & production planning.
∎ Co-ordinate with responsible stake holder.
∎ Follow up import - export store.
∎ Organizing file & documentation of date.
Additional Requirements:
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Shoe industry , Shoe Merchandising.
∎ Foreign Customer Communications skill.
∎ Material Sourcing.
∎ Pricing/Costing.
∎ Production co-ordination.
∎ Give material approvals while require.
∎ Fluent in English.
∎ Good knowledge about sports shoe & production including materials
Salary: Negotiable
