∎ Collaborate with Merchandising, manufacturing, and marketing teams to create innovative and market-relevant products.
∎ Manage and mentor a team of product developers and coordinators.
∎ Develop and manage project timelines, ensuring all milestones are met.
∎ Coordinate with suppliers, factories, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of samples and final products.
∎ Conduct regular project meetings to track progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
∎ Ensure all products meet the company's quality standards and comply with relevant regulations and standards.
∎ Work with the Quality Assurance team to conduct testing and validation of new products.
∎ Address and resolve any quality issues that arise during development.
∎ Develop and manage product cost targets in collaboration with the finance and manufacturing teams.
