∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting
∎ Preference will be given to CA (CC)

∎ At least 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Finance/ Accounts
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have experience in TALLY software for Knit/woven Garments Accounts/Finance/ Stores and others activity.
∎ Assist to do annual budget, monthly budget variance & monthly financial forecast, cash flow forecast which will involve in collecting information from business assignment.
∎ To ensure budgetary analysis and presentation be prepared on timely basis.
∎ Prepare and ensure the timely reporting of all monthly, quarterly, half-yearly and annually Management accounts, financial information, statements and reports.
∎ Checking of all vouchers (Receivables, payable and payments).
∎ Ensure compliance of various Company Policies and Govt. Rules and maintaining liaison with Clients, Tax Department and Company's Auditor and deal Company tax issues, direct Tax, and indirect Tax. Timely submission of the return for AIT, VAT etc.
∎ Liaise with internal and external auditors (where applicable) and deal with any financial irregularities as they arise.
∎ Good Knowledge About Master L/C, BTB L/C & Export/Import.
∎ To prepare report regarding related to daily Export, Bill Submission, Realization, Bill under Collection and Document outstanding and update record keeping accordingly i.e. Export-Import MIS.
∎ Review all financial records, systems and control process of the company as per accounting standards
∎ Ensure proper accounting and records of all business transaction.
∎ To follow up store activity
∎ To coordinate with Commercial/Marketing/Merchandising/Purchase/Store department for smooth functioning.
∎ Any other task assigned by the concerned authority.
