Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting
∎ Preference will be given to the FCA/ ACA or ACMA
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To maintain & oversee the overall company accounts, transactions, fund flow, stock record.
∎ To oversee the overall Tax and VAT management as per national and international requirements.
∎ To prepare and maintain all the financial statements and records.
∎ To prepare department wise monthly budget variance analyses, overall company budgeting and financial forecasting.
∎ Develop the different financial policies which require the company needs.
∎ To ensure proper implementation & functioning of financial policies & procedures at factory level.
∎ To supervise & guide the team for managing the overall activities of accounting and financial function's, procurement and co-ordination of different departments.
∎ To monitor & comply all legal issues involving the company, and legal issues affecting the business unit & industry
∎ To establish and maintain appropriate internal control system to safeguard the assets/resources of the company
∎ To build up the internal accounting auditing process and accountability.
∎ To monitor, supervise & guide the team members for timely preparation of Reconciliation Statements related to accounts.
∎ To provide different types reports to the management regarding as required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Capable of establish liaison and communication with national and international financial institutions/bodies.
