Experience Requirements:

C and F Process
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Handle daily cash transactions and bank-related activities, including deposits, withdrawals, and reconciliations.
∎ Maintain petty cash and record vouchers accurately in the accounting software.
∎ Organize and maintain a proper filing system for all expense vouchers, payment vouchers, and financial documents on a monthly basis, facilitating smooth yearly audits.
∎ Maintain and update the accounting system and records, ensuring data integrity and security.
∎ Record day-to-day transactions accurately and perform monthly reconciliations in accounting software to ensure error-free reporting.
∎ Assist in tax reporting and prepare monthly VAT returns for submission to the tax authority.
∎ Prepare monthly bank reconciliation statements and fund reconciliation statements.
∎ Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the team lead, contributing to the smooth functioning of the finance department.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Advanced MS Excel skills.
∎ Proficient in banking and accounting communication.
∎ Basic knowledge of tax regulations and regulatory requirements.
∎ Proficiency in accounting software.
