Experience in solar energy distributor company.

Job Responsibilities

• Financial Reporting & Closing: Oversee the preparation of accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and Bangladesh Accounting Standards (BAS).

• Tax & VAT Compliance: Ensure strict compliance with local tax and VAT regulations. Manage the timely submission of monthly VAT returns, withholding tax (TDS/VDS) deposits, and annual corporate income tax filings.

• Audit Management: Coordinate and facilitate internal, external, and statutory financial audits. Prepare necessary schedules, reconcile balances, and resolve audit queries efficiently.

• Banking & Treasury Operations: Supervise daily cash flow management, bank reconciliations, fund disbursements, and fund utilization. Maintain strong relationships with banks and financial institutions.

• General Ledger & Controls: Maintain and review the General Ledger (GL) to ensure accurate booking of accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, and depreciation. Enforce robust internal financial controls.

• Budgeting & Variance Analysis: Assist management in formulating annual operating budgets and forecasts. Perform monthly variance analyses (Actual vs. Budget) to identify cost-saving opportunities and financial risks.

• ERP Implementation & Supervision: Supervise data entry and report generation within the corporate accounting system/ERP software, ensuring maximum data integrity and security.
