Responsibilities & Context:
🔹 1. Machinery & Equipment Maintenance
Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of all production machines (e.g., printing, cutting, sewing, labeling machines).
Monitor machine performance and reduce breakdowns.
Maintain maintenance logs and service records.
🔹 2. Electrical & Utility Management
Supervise electrical systems, generators, compressors, boilers, and HVAC systems.
Ensure uninterrupted power supply and proper load management.
Coordinate with external vendors for major repairs and servicing.
🔹 3. Facility & Infrastructure Maintenance
Oversee maintenance of factory buildings, floors, lighting, plumbing, and safety systems.
Ensure proper functioning of fire safety equipment and emergency systems.
🔹 4. Preventive Maintenance Planning
Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
Ensure timely inspections and servicing to avoid unexpected breakdowns.
🔹 5. Team Management
Lead and supervise maintenance technicians and support staff.
Assign daily tasks and monitor team performance.
Provide technical guidance and training.
🔹 6. Safety & Compliance
Ensure compliance with safety standards, labor laws, and audit requirements (e.g., fire, electrical, building safety).
Support internal and external audits (compliance, buyer, ISO).
🔹 7. Spare Parts & Inventory Control
Maintain proper inventory of spare parts and tools.
Coordinate with procurement for timely purchase of required items.
🔹 8. Cost Control & Budgeting
Prepare maintenance budget and control expenses.
Optimize maintenance costs without compromising quality and safety.
🔹 9. Continuous Improvement
Identify opportunities to improve machine efficiency and reduce energy consumption.
Implement new technologies or process improvements where necessary.
