Responsibilities & Context:
Context:
One of the largest group of company is looking for young, dynamic, and career-oriented graduates to join as Management Trainee Officers (MTOs) in the various business and functions. The MTO program is designed to groom future leaders through hands-on training, mentorship, and exposure to different industry operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Participate in rotational assignments across in different industry such as RMG, Textile , Cement , Feed, Poultry and Hatchery, Jute, Cold storage, Ship Yard, Packaging , Food and beverage industry in different department like Merchandising, Production, Supply Chain, IE & Planning, IT, HR, Finance & Accounts, Sales and Marketing .
Get exposure to the company’s business operations and processes to understand the broader organizational strategy.
Analyze business challenges, suggest improvements, and contribute to key decision-making processes.
Collaborate with team members to meet the goal.
Develop problem-solving and decision-making skills through continuous feedback.
Prepare reports, presentations, and insights based on the departmental rotations.
Assist in identifying growth opportunities and implementing solutions for business challenges.
Exhibit proactive involvement in learning sessions and team-building activities to prepare for future managerial roles.
Contribute to team goals and develop professional skills through continuous learning.
Any other assignments assigned by the company management.
