Dhaka Beijing Dyeing & Weaving Ind. Ltd. is a globally recognized brand that manufactures sweaters yarn in this era. Recently, it has needed to hire a skilled and experienced individual who will be able to serve as an Asst. Manager – EMS (Compliance) & HR dept.
Job Location: DEPZ(Old), Savar
Job Responsibility:
Conduct environmental audits, risk assessments, and inspections at factory sites.
Monitor and report on sustainability performance using Higg FEM, ZDHC, BEPI platforms
Develop and deliver training programs to enhance awareness of EMS standards among factory employees.
Coordinate with relevant teams to address non-compliance issues and drive corrective actions.
Should have experience to face GRS, RCS, GOTS, OCS, OEKO-TEX audit creates relevant documentation for these audit
Supervise ETP of all units
