Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering / Industrial & Production Engineering (IPE) / Garment Manufacturing Technology.

  • Master’s in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration preferred.

Additional Requirements:
  • Age At least 35 years
  • Minimum 16 years of experience in Garment Production Planning, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role.

  • Proven experience in managing large-scale, multi-line garment Knit factories .

  • Strong background in capacity planning, workflow analysis, and lean production systems.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Formulate and execute strategic production planning in line with order forecasts, factory capacity, and business objectives.

  • Oversee capacity booking, load analysis, and style allocation across multiple production units.

  • Lead the master production scheduling (MPS) process and ensure smooth coordination between merchandising, procurement, and production teams.

  • Monitor Time & Action (T&A) plans, ensuring material readiness and production feasibility before line input.

  • Review daily and weekly production performance vs. plan, and drive corrective action plans to recover delays.

  • Work closely with Merchandising, IE, and Production departments to optimize workflow, reduce WIP, and enhance line efficiency.

  • Drive digitalization initiatives through ERP or Planning Software (e.g., FastReact, GPRO) for real-time visibility and accuracy.

  • Conduct capacity vs. order analysis and present reports to management for decision-making.

  • Ensure effective utilization of sewing lines, manpower, and machinery while maintaining production discipline.

  • Implement continuous improvement projects in planning, capacity forecasting, and delivery performance.

  • Provide leadership and mentorship to the planning team across all factories.

  • Regularly communicate with senior management regarding production status, potential risks, and recovery strategies.

  • Maintain alignment with corporate KPIs on OTDP (On-Time Delivery Performance), efficiency, and lead time reduction.
