Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Com.(Hon's), M. Com/MBA(Finance/Accounting) from any reputed university with ACA/ACMA/FCMA/FCA will be given preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounts, Commercial/ Export-Import, finanace, Internal Audit, Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and execute the company's business strategies in order to attain the goals of the board and shareholders. Assists to achieve Company Vision and sustainable mission.
∎ Provide strategic advice to the board and Chairman/Managing Director/ Director so that they will have accurate view of the market and the company's future growth.
∎ Ensure company policies and legal guidelines are communicated all the way from the top down in the company and that they are followed at all times.
∎ Communicate and maintain trust relationships with shareholders, business partners and authorities like Banks, Tax Authority, VAT authority, BSEC, RJSC, Major Supplierand Major Customer.
∎ Plan, execute and manage the financial activities, Bank loan arrangements and feasibility study/project profile for the project/company.
∎ Conduct and review Initial Public Offer (IPO) related all activities such as the IPO Financial Statements preparation and Financial Planning and Financial Objectives setting and compliances all Advisory services during Pre-IPO and post IPO of the Company as per compliances with Companies Act-1994 and BSEC.
∎ Review and conduct Investors Agreements, Due Diligence compliances, financial planning and forecasting, IPO road map assistances, Rules and regulations compliances, etc.
∎ Comply with all requirements of updating and keeping the all statutes and legal requirements for The Companies Act 1994, BSEC Act, Ordinances and rules, DSE listing Regulations, Foreign Exchange Regulations, and Income Tax ordinances.
∎ Multitasking & multidisciplinary environments and multi dimensions work.
∎ To liaise with DSE, CSE, BB, SEC and Ministries.
∎ Any other job assigned by the management.
