• Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering / Textile Technology / Fabric Engineering / Apparel Merchandising or related field

• 1 to 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Textile, Garments Accessories

• Academic background in textile/fabric from a recognized university is required

• 1–2 years of experience in merchandising, textile, or apparel sector preferred (freshers with strong academic background may also apply)

• Basic knowledge of fabric sourcing, merchandising processes, and buyer handling

• Strong communication and coordination skills

• Good organizational and time management abilities

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Position - Assistant Merchandiser

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing buyer communications and order follow-ups

• Coordinate with sourcing, production, and quality teams to ensure smooth execution of orders

• Support in fabric sourcing, sample development, and approval processes

• Maintain accurate documentation of orders, costing, and delivery schedules

• Monitor production timelines to ensure timely shipment

• Assist in preparing reports on order status, inventory, and merchandising activities

• Build and maintain good relationships with suppliers and internal teams
