Responsibilities & Context:
We are looking for a competent Executive Director for a progressive and modern garment factory at Ashulia area having 550+ machines and producing multiple type of garments such as shirts, lady’s tops, skirts, light jackets, pants and dress sets etc. The ideal candidate should be able to run the factory independently from order procurement, technical support, lean manufacturing, people management and providing overall leadership across all the areas of a garment factory.
The candidate should have not less than 15 years of experience preferably with textile engineering/Industrial engineering /apparel manufacturing background within the age range of 40-50 years. For exceptionally talented candidates some of the above requirements can be relaxed.
